Proprietor Karol Klimek opened Holmes and Jardin back in 1993, as an independent estate agency, based in St Mary's Street Truro. After 15 years of trading as a successful agency and with considerable changes within the housing market taking place at that time, Karol took the decision to concentrate the business solely on Residential Lettings.
Despite there being strong competition locally, he is proud of the fact that Holmes Jardin has maintained its presence in the city and the company prides itself on being one of the longest established independent agencies in Truro.
